How It Works for Buyers

Open The Listing

On any property listed for sale, click "Make an Offer."

Make Your Offer

A popup appears. Enter your offer amount and click "Make Offer."

Offer Acceptance

If your offer falls in the seller’s accepted range, the system accepts it for negotiation and triggers SMS alerts to you, the seller, and the Zell Advisors.

Advisor Callback

Zell Advisors call each party to confirm interest, timelines, and any other conditions (e.g., payment terms, hand-over timeline).

Meet & Negotiate

If both sides maintain intent, we invite you to the nearest Zell office for an in-person, advisor-mediated meeting. Negotiations may also continue remotely if both parties agree.

Proceed or Part

If terms align, the advisor guides you toward token/bayana and documentation next steps. If not, either side may decline without penalty; we record the outcome and keep the listing current.

Set the Right Expectations

“Make an Offer” is not a binding contract.

It begins a fair negotiation. Either party can back out at any time before token/bayana. Real-world deals sometimes fall through. Because of missed timelines, changed priorities, or unforeseen constraints.

To protect everyone’s time.

  • If a buyer submits an accepted offer but declines to honor his offer (change of mind) after advisor confirmation, we respect the decision and may restrict “Make an Offer” and “Property Listing” access on that account.
  • If a seller receives a genuine, accepted offer but refuses to sell (change of mind, demand increase, already sold), we respect the decision and may remove that property listing from Zell and restrict “Property Listing” and “Make an Offer” access on that account.
