Preventive Maintenance (Planned)

- Electrical: DB inspections, breaker tests, earthing checks, generator routine service where installed
- Plumbing: pressure checks, visible leak detection, valve/serviceability reviews, sump and overhead tank cleaning cycles

Inflation review each July or on material utility/tax change; existing clients receive 60-day notice.
